Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Go Interview at gointerview.app. It supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Go Interview to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any form of spam, phishing, or unsolicited messaging
  • Impersonate another person, organization, or entity
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

3. Content Restrictions

You may not use Go Interview to store, share, or transmit content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
  • Contains personally identifiable information of others without their consent
  • Contains confidential or proprietary information of third parties that you are not authorized to share

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must use strong, unique passwords and keep them confidential.
  • You must promptly report any security breaches or unauthorized use.
  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
  • You may not create accounts for the purpose of abusing free tier limits.

5. API and Automated Access

Automated access to the Service (scraping, bots, scripts) is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing. Authorized API access must comply with any published rate limits and usage guidelines.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations of this AUP, including:

  • Issuing warnings
  • Temporarily suspending your account
  • Permanently terminating your account
  • Reporting violations to law enforcement authorities

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor the Service for violations of this AUP.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@gointerview.app.

8. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
